Visit to Ghana of Mrs Ségolène Royal, French Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy

As part of her tour in Africa to prepare for the 21th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate change (COP21) in Paris from November 30 to December 11, 2015, Mrs Ségolène Royal, French Minister for Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy was in Ghana on August 14 and 15 , 2015.

Mrs Royal met HE President John Dramani Mahama. Discussions mainly focused on the preparation of the 2015 Paris Conference on climate change and the contribution of Ghana to the negotiations.

Mrs Royal also met with her counterpart, Hon. Mahama Ayariga, Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, and with Hon. Hanna Tetteh, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration.
