New beginning for the School of doctoral Studies in French
The 10th Conference of the School of doctoral Studies in French takes place from October 16th to 22nd at the University of Cape Coast, with Prof. Jean-Paul Meyer from University of Strasbourg as a distinguished guest.
After a one year break and the signature of a new Memorandum of Understanding between The University of Strasbourg and four Ghanaian universities: University of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah Institute of Science and Technology, University of Cape Coast and Winneba University of Education, the School of doctoral Studies in French opens up a new chapiter.
About forty doctoral students, accompanied by supervisors and local coordinators of the doctoral Schools are participating in the conference, which offers time for training and exchanges.
Jean-Luc Mure, Head of Cooperation, Julie Fournier-Angelo, Cooperation Attaché for French, and Frederic Dart, head of Alliance française, were representing the French Embassy, which supports the project since its beginning in 2009.
